Basic idea - General system description

The Napra4GO solar tracker mimicks the movement of the sunflower. It rotates its "stem" and bows its "head". This is accomplished by a technical solution so that the mechanics is fully embedded by the "stem" and therefore is not extent to environmental effects. Only temperature affects it, otherwise it is protected from rain, moisture, dust and sunlight by the mechanical frame.
The application of solar trackers is not novel. Solar tracking can enhance annual energy yield by approximately 40% relative to an optimum orientation fixed PV panel. If there is not sufficient optimum oriented roof surface for the support structure tracking is relatively cheaper (results in faster return of investment) if the PV system investment is not increased significantly. Napra4GO trackers meet these criteria.

Yield considerations of solar panels

When investing in a solar system many factors have to be considered.
The efficiency of the solar panels and the power measured by the factory conditions is not giving a full set of information. Temperature coefficient, efficiency in diffuse light, aging (eg. by opacity change of the glass and natural parameter change of the semiconductor elements) are all important.

Why should I choose the Napra4Go System?

If You would like to have a PV system installed and You have a sufficient surface optimally oriented and sloped (appr. 32˚ slope and southern facing) roof, we recommend You to have the PV system on that roof. That solution gives You the best return of the investment.
